My Bespoke Room

Interior Designers Near Me

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars4 August 2014

I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where.I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!

Sacha helped us with a big design/renovation project this year, when we extended our house. We met her when we bought a lovely Stag chandelier, and she then helped us on a bigger design project. She worked closely with us to come up with brilliant ideas that took the sort of things we liked and translated them into a unique design that was just to our taste - but we could never have actually made happen ourselves! She also took the stress out of what should have been a nightmare project, as my husband and I both work and we have small children. Would recommend highly for Interior projects, or Chandeliers.

Emma is very creative and is really easy to talk to. She has helped me with the interior design of my new build house to install some colour and interest into what was a blank white box. She takes time to get to know your personality to help you create a very personal home and has come up with some fantastic ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. I would highly recommend.

I contacted Rose Narmani to design my three bedroom house and the results are wonderful. I had a specific theme and colour scheme for each room and Rose listened to all of my requirements and the house has been transformed into an incredible living space. She designed my child’s bedroom and he now loves it. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without the intervention of Rose. She was thorough and professional throughout our engagement with her. You must contact her if you are contemplating having the interior of a property designed as she will not only transform the property into an incredible living space but we have also found that this has increased the value of our property. Thank you for everything Rose.

2013 saw the tenth anniversary of the opening of my coffee shop, The Brown Bag in Wokingham.I decided to mark it by redesigning the interior, and engaged Emily’s services.Emily helped me to create a design that was welcoming to customers, as well as providing my coffee shop with its own identity and therefore strengthening my brand. She also understood the importance of working within my budget, and sourced some great, well priced furnishings and accessories. The redesign has been a huge success with my customers. In the month following the refit my revenue increased by 21%, and this increase in trade continued in the months after. I was surprised at how such a limited budget, carefully applied to achieve the right refit, could have such a significantly positive effect on trade. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Emily on this project. She had some pragmatic and affordable ideas, understood my requirements and the fee for her design services was very reasonable.

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars18 February 2020

Mia listened to what I wanted and elevated my ideas to make them so much better. When I have attempted interior design myself I was left with compromises where I had run out of time or inspiration. Living with those compromises, with them looking back at you every day, can get wearing. With the work Mia has done, nothing is a compromise- everything is beautiful. Sleeping in a room that is a work of art makes everything seem better.I liked the fact that I still had the ultimate choice but the choices I was making were ring fenced for me, making sure I was picking pieces/ wallpaper/ paints that would work together perfectly. This approach saved me so much time and no more buyers remorse! Working with Mia was a pleasure, fun and so satisfying to see nice rooms turn into stunning places you want to be.
