Easily the most pleasant upbeat fast food experience I've had all year. Melesia answered my question quick and easy (which incidentally led to me deciding to upgrade to a combo meal.) Food temperature was spot on, fries were flawlessly salted, and the burger was even better than I remember from previous locations. Only downside was that awkward corporate sign offering a free cookie if we tattle on our server over the receipt. My server gave me the receipt just fine, and I hope she gets more recognition.
I arrived thirty minutes early to wait for them to open. Two employees came out while I was waiting in my car and informed me that I could not wait there on private property and my vehicle would be towed even though I was sitting in it lol. Get better policies and better employees.
Food is always hot and fresh and the service is great!! Tried the new blueberry biscuits this morning and they're amazing!!!

Stopped for breakfast. Typical good Hardee's service. The Frisco was a bit disappointing, bread wasn't crisp and not enough egg. Everyone else food was good. Coffee was meh.
The food just keeps getting smaller and the taste get worse. Then when the service is bad it much more enjoyable to go out to a real restaurant and, the price you pay is about the same. The only difference is, the food and service is worth the money at a restaurant versus a fast food chain. It's 2023. We are not in a rush to eat bad food!
