My panko fish sandwich was amazing! Tried for first time and loved it! Had to wait 4 mins to cook since I requested hot, plain ones. Was a bit skeptical because Hardee's specializes in chicken, plus I don't traditionally do fast food much any more. The 2/$5 price point was good, too. Shared with family. The tenders was good, too. Had to change the Diet Dr. Pepper for a different flavor, but clerk was nice about assisting.

I ordered a thick burger and an all star. I get home and they gave me 4 little patties stacked on top of each other. Same with the Allstate burger. And it’s burnt. Disgusting !!! Won’t be back ever!!

Literally the worst Hardee’s I have ever been to. In fact I will never go to another Hardee’s because of my experience with this location. I ordered a burger and some chicken tenders, and it took 20 minutes. When I went inside to figure out what was taking my meal so long, the person preparing the food yelled at me from the back! Obviously I took umbrage and responded with an equally aggressive tone, when the person from the back came to the front and told me to calm down. If you are ever in the South Norfolk area, avoid the Hardee’s on Bainbridge at all costs. The fast food is not fast, and the service is juvenile.

Not a very good first impression and also wasn't treated very well for no reason. Around 6am me and a friend wanted to try this Hardee's because I suggested we go closer to home for some chicken biscuits. Normally I drive so far to get one I like them alot. As I was treating myself and another we were both snapped at and talked to like we were old enemies of the woman working early named Yvette. She acted like we needed to be faster and we had some kind beef between us, even asking how much to pay was rudely snapped back at us. She shouted at us through the drive through speaker.She seems like she is not the person to be working so early due to her attitude. It felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome, we didn't even sit in the parking lot like we do to eat, we left and will not be returning, I will go some place else, it was too early to be snapped at when we were doing nothing to garner this behavior in return. The chicken was also very dry and over cooked, hard in one end, soggy hash brown coins, coffee was good every thing was barely warm. My friend said to me they felt very unwelcome and their food was over done as well. The chunk of meat I had left over was too hard to chew or bite into, it is such a huge portion wasted, spent and wasted almost $20 up there.

I,m going to give 5 stars,the Lady that waited on me was pretty awesome, and I usually don't give fast food restaurant employees very high remarks. I usually encounter people who don't speak, when they get ready to take your order and they act like they don't want to be there, but she was totally the opposite made sure everything I ordered was hot and fresh made to order. She was truly professional and customer service oriented.
